Referral Program Terms and Conditions

\1. Eligibility:

• The referral program is open to all existing clients and individuals who refer potential clients to Avian Technologies, hereinafter referred to as "the Company."

2. Referral Categories:

• The referral program consists of three categories:

1. Basic Website Design

2. E-commerce Website Design

3. Custom Website Development

3. Referral Rewards:

• For each successful referral that results in a signed deal, the referrer will receive:

• $5 for referrals in the Basic Website Design category.

• $10 for referrals in the E-commerce Website Design category.

• $15 for referrals in the Custom Website Development category.

• Additionally, the referrer will receive a commission of 10% on the total project value for any signed deal in any of the three categories.

4. Qualifying Criteria for Referrals:

• A successful referral is defined as a referral that leads to a signed contract and an initial payment from the referred client.

• Referrals must be new clients to the Company. Existing clients referring additional projects do not qualify for referral rewards.

• Referrals must be made through the official referral form provided by the Company.

5. Payment of Referral Rewards:

• Referral rewards will be paid out within 30 days of the referred client's initial payment.

• Payments will be made via bank transfer.

• The referrer is responsible for providing accurate payment information to receive the referral reward.

6. Program Duration:

• The referral program is effective from 15th March 2024 and will continue until further notice.

7. Modification and Termination:

• The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.

• Any changes to the referral program will be communicated to participants via email or through the Company's official website.

8. Compliance:

• Referrers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when participating in the referral program.

• Referrers must not engage in any fraudulent or unethical behavior to obtain referrals.

9. Agreement to Terms:

• Participation in the referral program constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
